CASE HISTORY - Advantage Home Health Services

Opportunity:

Advantage Home Health Services is a private, locally-based home health care agency serving a highly competitive market in Central Florida. The agency hired Third Wing to better differentiate itself from the competition and communicate its ‘advantages’ to its current and prospective clients.

Strategy:

Third Wing uncovered the inherent strengths in AHHS’ success, largely centered on its dynamic founder and her unique philosophy of caring. Working with George Bates BMC, a Third Wing partner in design and marketing communications, we have begun work on a new brand identity and website that reflects the agency’s personality and sets it apart from other services in the area.

Challenges:

Home health care is beset by regulatory challenges and a changing health insurance picture. For potential clients, and the adults responsible for them, the myriad solutions available present a confusing choice, often made more complicated by emotional issues. AHHS seeks to communicate its unique ability to help its clients and their families find the most rewarding solution to ‘aging in place’ and other health care issues. Third Wing’s challenge is to find language, look and tone that quickly establish AHHS as the preeminent choice for home health care in Central Florida.
